Topics to explore: Life in term time looked and felt very different from life in the holidays. It was difficult to carve out time for what we felt was important. The concept of forest school is great, but the delivery is dictated by pot luck of which catchment area you fall into and the resources of the school/landscape for how that is delivered. Sleep is important to cover, acknowledging our bodies needs and how school teaches us to ignore natural urges (going to the toilet, sleeping when need to, staying at home when sick) - how to balance taking ownership for our wellbeing against the need to deliver good work ethic.
